These facilities are utilized year-round, hosting the Kaleo program in the summer and providing rental income in the off-season, sustaining our ministry and benefiting the local community.

Your donation helps purchase:
Bedroom and Living Area - $125,000 EA — Each condo provides the summer home for eight future world changers each year and an asset which produces cash to finance future phases.
Three Furnished Condos - $60,000 ($20,000 EA) — Furniture and décor to live safely and comfortably for ten weeks during the summer.
Gathering Area / Pool - $500,000 — An attractive pool and public area which would be the center of activity during the summer months. A hot spot for outdoor worship, prayer, and sharing.
PHASE 2 FUNDING - $15,000,000m to $16,000,000m — Take Kaleo to the next level to begin Phase 2 immediately. Phase 2 would qualify for an additional $8m loan.
